Here's a look inside JoJo Eating House & Bar, opening next Monday at 2626 Howell Street near the Quadrangle in Uptown. JoJo is the handiwork of chef/owner Laurent Poupart (who hails from France where he did time at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants before private cheffing in America for clients like Cindy Crawford and Gerald Ford) and design firm Plan B Group. The menu, described as "approachable Mediterranean", includes everything from smoked salmon pizza and octopus with miso-squid ink sauce to massive seafood platters and made-to-order souffles.
