We sit and talk about the restaurant business with Teich, and life in general. I always enjoy a chilled sake, a nice ginjo. I also go to Veritas after work occasionally to enjoy a nice bottle of wine. I pretty much keep it simple. I like to go where it's comfortable and I know people."
