In case you somehow forgot, Top Chef: Seattle premieres tonight with three of Dallas' finest jockeying for cash, prizes and notoriety. Superchef Wolfgang Puck joins the judging panel this season, and according to the Star-Telegram, he "enjoys toying with and tormenting" the contestants. Says the man with a million restaurants (including our very own Five-Sixty) and his own cookware line: "It's always fun to see the young chefs being all nervous, being all worked up and so on."
