Observer critic Scott Reitz proclaims the burger at Uncle Uber's far superior to that at its over-hyped, Guy Fieri-fied neighbor Twisted Root. Despite a thin patty, Uber's is juicy enough to create "a nice little plate puddle", whereas the Twisted Root version is dry as a bone. Perhaps some of those folks in the epic Twisted Root lunch lines should mosey on over to Uncle Ube's. [City of Ate]
