Trailercakes is expanding operations with a retail location at 3001 Knox Street (in the same strip as Fadi's and Farnatchi). The company currently operates out of a commercial bakery in Richardson and can be found all over the city hawking sweets from a kitschy Airstream trailer they call Bubbles. [Eaterwire]
