Spoon chef John Tesar may be importing a new pastry chef: Leslie Brenner reports that Tesar's former pastry wizard at The Mansion on Turtle Creek, David Collier, will likely make the move back to Dallas to head up the sweet side of Spoon Bar & Kitchen.
