Sort of. The highly anticipated West Dallas/North Oak Cliff development planned to include lofts and various retail and restaurant tenants (including a fish market from Tei-An chef Teiichi Sakurai, another location of indie coffee shop The Pearl Cup, and an organic grocery store) is reportedly gearing up to finally begin construction after numerous delays, beginning with a fence that will go up Friday. According to the I Heart Sylvan Thirty blog, developers expect the first of the tenants to open for business next fall, and "studio apartments should be available for move-in at the beginning of 2014."
