Nazca Kitchen bravely opened its doors last Friday in the face of the impending Mayan apocalypse, appropriately serving South American comfort food in a sleek, modern space near the brand spanking new Dave & Buster's on Walnut Hill. Nazca is the brainchild of Craig Collins, majority owner of longstanding Dallas barbecue chain Red Hot & Blue.
Nazca Kitchen is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, serving dishes like aji amarillo-spiced hummus, Peruvian-style roast chicken and ceviche, Argentinian-style steaks and burgers, plus breakfast bowls and wraps, fresh juices, and South American wines.
