Omar Flores & Jason Kosmas Headed to Trinity Groves? (Updated)

D critic Nancy Nichols is offering some cryptic clues about new restaurants coming to the Trinity Groves development. Dropping hints like "a solid lead just drifted across my wooden desk", Nichols seems to imply that chef Omar Flores of Oak Cliff's Driftwood is involved in a proposal for "an Asian-fusion tapas bar with a sophisticated cocktail program", who, based on Nichols' bet that "that this deal is already in the cosmos", will presumably be designed by bar wizard Jason Kosmas. Naturally, no one at Trinity Groves will confirm, but Nichols seems ready to bet the farm on it.

UPDATE: Looks like this rumor is just that: a rumor. Chef Omar Flores comments on the original SideDish post: "Funny rumor...but I would never touch a fusion anything!"
