Josh Black is now the executive chef of Campo Modern Country Bistro. It was only a matter of time before consulting chef Matt McCallister handed off the apron to Black, who has served as sous chef since the resto's opening in November (before that Black was at The Cedars Social and Stephan Pyles). The official press release states that McCallister will continue to advise as needed, but we anticipate the announcement of new projects, if not more foraging successes, are in his near future.
