Nancy Nichols brightened Black Tuesday with the news (and photographic proof) that Nick Badovinus' latest is now open for biz one year after its intended opening. Off-Site Kitchen, a teensy take-out joint (with picnic tables) offering dishes that feature various roasted meats, is serving up lunch fare from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for two weeks -- then hours will expand to include breakfast and afternoons.
