Mike Hiller is spreading the news of the new food -- or at least, Restaurants America's new food. The company's Boca Chica is set to spoil Shops at Park Lane shoppers with small plates in the spring, and Park Tavern will be its shopping center neighbor. And, Hiller, assures us all that while we may be tres-concerned over Dallas' steakhouse situation, the former Smith and Wollensky space on the Tollway won't fuss over meat, but something else we don't have enough of: Tex-Mex.
