Anthony Bourdain's Ecco imprint has announced its first three titles and would ya look at who's writing one of them: Dallas' very own Daniel Vaughn. The man we know as "BBQ Snob," but who Bourdain refers to as "the Yoda of Barbecue," is on the roster with Prophets of Smoked Meat, "a passionate full-color tour through and definitive guide to the best of classic Texas barbeque." Vaughn's offering, as well as books from Roy Choi and Mark Miller, are due in 2013. [-EN-]
