The new tenant for the space that was once Borders West Village is official. Instead of the written word, customers can sip champagne and graze on fried chicken and burgers from Max's Wine Dive, a chain with locations in Austin, San Antonio and Houston. According to DMN's Steve Brown, Max's only leased the street-facing, lower level corner portion of the former Borders. [DMN]
