Well here's something we didn't expect to learn about Gloria's Restaurant today: Apparently, during extensive research conducted by CultureMap Houston regarding a new H-Town location, it was discovered the restaurant's Salvadorian-Mex menu and locations (12 DFW, one Austin) draw moms that CultureMap would like to totally bang. Well done, Gloria's...we guess. And Houston, with the new Midtown location soon to be, we suppose congrats are in order? [CultureMap Houston]
