This is getting pretty serious. Seriously awesome, that is. Friday proved Twitter can truly be a form of entertainment as Fearing's, Shinsei and Il Cane Rosso all went to tweet for their respective sexychef.

But who will fight for and vote for today's competitors? Show us your stuff, Dallas. We've got the polished pastry pro Nicolas Blouin from Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek swinging against the big guns of Tre Wilcox of Marquee Grill, the superstar Sharon Hage of Sylvan Thirty, soon to guest at Bolsa Mercado and formerly of York Street, and blond ambition Nick Badovinus of Off-Site Kitchen and various Neighborhood Services.

Congratulations are in order for Fearing's pastry chef Jill Bates who came through Friday night and Saturday morning with a seriously stiff win. But who from today's vote will go on to battle Flores, Holben and Bates? Who will be Day Four's hot stuff?
