If you thought Denton was somehow getting shorted on the tail end of the cupcake trend, think again. As Nadia Hill of North Texas Daily reports, sisters, co-owners and UNT alum Van and Ngoc Nguyen have plans for a second NV Cupcakes in the heart of Denton.
