Everyone is a regular somewhere and it looks like Il Cane Rosso is ready to reward theirs. Today, Jay Jerrier posted news of the pizzeria's new loyalty card (see right).
Jerrier describes the card as a gift card that doubles as a rewards card, of sorts. "When you buy a gift card and spend it, you can either reload it, or just keep it on hand as a loyalty card," he told Eater. "Use it every time you come to Cane Rosso for an ever changing list of freebies." Those freebies will include T-shirts, discounts, free food and more.
In short, regulars (otherwise known as people who eat a shitload of Cane Rosso pie) will earn free things. And free things are nice.
Update: Jerrier just sent word that Cane Rosso will now be open for brunch on both Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. More opportunities to swipe that card, no less.
