Are We Not Fresh?

bolsacarrots.jpgAccording to the super-scientific Ziploc® Fresh Eating Survey, Dallas is so not fresh. Our great state is one of mixed freshness with Austin ranking in the top 10 freshest cities, and Houston, San Antonio and Big D floundering in the land of convenient suckage. According to the press release, freshest cities are ones where folks seek out fresh foods via farmer's markets and gardening while the "least fresh" are typically "metro areas where residents face obstacles to eating fresh, such as a high prevalence of fast food options and a lack of fresh food resources."
