According to the Zagat 2012 Restaurant Survey, Texas folk eat out more than in other states. Apparently, DFW meal costs increased less than 1% since 2010's survey, and the average meal cost in Texas is only $32.17, while the national average is $35.62. Top ratings for DFW were awarded to Fort Worth's Frenchy-French Saint Emilion (which scored a near perfect 29/30), with Lucia, French Room, Bijoux and Pappas Bros. following close behind.
