Howdy, TX Food Truck Fest; More Pie for the OC

VALLEY VIEW — Thirty rolling kitchens are already lined up for the May 11-12 TX Food Truck Fest at Valley View mall. The $5 admission raises money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of North Texas. Kids under 12 get in free. Block party starts at 5 p.m. that Friday. There's a "Dash & Dine" 5K run on Saturday. PHILADELPHIA — There's a food connection in this year's just-announced Pulitzer Prizes. The winner for drama is Water by the Spoonful, a play by Quiara Alegría Hudes about an Iraq war vet who returns home to Philly to work in a sandwich shop.
