Eatzi's Expands To 'Burbs; Going Whole Hog In Rockwall

Rockwall's Restaurant AVA is hosting the pork-o-rama featuring chefs Randall Copeland, Nathan Tate, Scott Romano, Matt McCallister and Chad Bowen, each cooking a different part of the porker (plus dessert).
