carbonesphotofromthrillist.jpgCarbone's Fine Food and Wine is open for biz, drools Leslie Brenner. It's the new deli/grocery/Sunday-night-restaurant owned by Nonna chef Julian Barsotti at the corner of Wycliff and Oak Lawn (where the Talbot's store used to be). Chef Jonathon Neitzel is in the kitchen making the spaghetti with pork meatballs. Barsotti calls the place a "re-imagined Italian-American grocery" with extras. "Sunday Supper" is a $45 set menu with family-style service. [DMN Eatsblog]
