Rock and Roll Taco will serve as the temporary kitchen at LaGrange. The taco truck's owner James Quiñonez says his truck will sell tacos in front of the Deep Ellum music club right now and he hopes to be serving food out of LaGrange's renovated kitchen by next week. New items like tostadas and ceviches will be on the menu when it's a full-service restaurant. [PegasusNews]
