RedFork on Fitzhugh didn't last long by anyone's account, but there's new blood pumping through the space. Sara Blankenship reports over on City of Ate that Khanh Nguyen is set to open Dalat, a haven for late night munchers, that will serve up pho (complete with condiment bar), bahn mi and other dishes.
