If there's one chef that refuses to be stopped or silenced it's John Tesar. Even after the last landlord called it quits on his new, much anticipated venture, Spoon, Tesar responded with an unofficial "oh, no you didn't," hosted some underground dinners and found a new space, architect and contractor.
