Normally, it's just too easy to poke fun at how often Dickey's Barbecue appears on PR Newswire, RestaurantNews.com and the like—they're the kings of press releases and self-promotion. But this little Earth Day weekend nugget about Dickey's big yellow souvenir cup proved to be fairly interesting, as it focused not on its reusability, but its recyclability.
