Far from a "nightmare," Pegasus News reports that Lee and Emma Herdman have “Ramsay-ed” Colleyville’s Joe’s Pizza & Pasta into Across the Pond, preserving the big-screen TVs, pizza, and bar fare, but revamping the menu to include British favorites like fish and chips, bangers and mash and shepherd’s pie from their native UK. Hoping to incorporate an “ethnic” flair not already maximized in the Dallas area, the Herdmans are eager to offer choices more close to their hearts ? and duodenums. [Pegasus News]
