Tickets for the Dallas Observer's annual Iron Fork event have just enjoyed their first price increase. Now that it's April, tickets are now $30/$65 VIP (up $5) for the May 8 event that advertising would have us to believe involves roving, knife-weilding ballet dancers. In actuality, Kent Rathbun will oversee a Chopped/Iron Chef-type competition between chefs Scott Romano and Whiskey Cake's TJ Lengnick, while attendees sample bites from area restaurants.
