Giada De Laurentiis To Sign Latest Cookbook Wednesday

She's perky, smiley and has somehow perfected talking with her mouth full without being disgusting. And, yes, Giada De Laurentiis is coming to town.

Food Network's unassuming bombshell next door is hitting up two locations to pimp her newest cookbook, Weeknights With Giada. The $35 hardback focuses on the now-standard 30-minutes-or-less method of getting a dinner on the table, and fans of the TV personality can get theirs autographed after waiting for what will most likely be 30 minutes or much, much longer.

De Laurentiis will kick off DFW appearances at noon tomorrow (April 4) in the Plano Sur La Table, 5809 Preston Road. Then she'll head over to the NorthPark Center Williams-Sonoma for a 5 p.m. signing. The Williams-Sonoma site warns that only the first 400 customers will be guaranteed a space, and the copy of Weeknights With Giada must be purchased from Williams-Sonoma (proof of purchase required) in order to secure a ticket. As confirmed via phone, the Sur La Table signing will also be a ticketed event based on book purchases from Sur La Table.
