The Arlington Rudy's has impressed Daniel "BBQ Snob" Vaughn -- at least, more than the original San Antonio hub did back in 2010. Vaughn didn't find "tasteless gray" (ew) but instead "great smoke" (preferred) on the St. Louis ribs and a successful jalapeño sausage. Thumbs up on the creamed corn and turkey, as per.
