Tonight, at 9 p.m. CST, Il Cane Rosso will make its debut on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Jay Jerrier sent word he's closing the kitchen at 8:45 p.m. so even the kitchen staff can enjoy gazing at the bleached tipped, back-wrapped action of Guy Fieri. The restaurant opens at 6 p.m. so there's a good two-plus hours to get some pie on before Guy's on. [Eaterwire]
