Last week came the official announcement of free grilled cheese day Norma's Cafe. Today came word that the generosity won't be limited to free sandwiches for hungry customers. After last weeks tornadoes, Norma's will be donating a portion of all purchases on April 12 (National Grilled Cheese Day) to American Red Cross, North Texas Region to assist with relief efforts.
