José Ralat-Maldonado of Taco Trail had only been in Dallas one week when he decided to stay in for pizza delivery from Roma's Pizza & Restaurant on Greenville Avenue: "Unfortunately, my prosciutto pizza with extra virgin olive oil, mozzarella, ricotta, feta and gorgonzola never made it to my dining table. What I got was something topped with prosciutto, yes, but also broccoli, roasted red peppers, fresh garlic and a mess of unidentifiable cheeses. Broccoli to me is like birth control to Rick Santorum. So, after three-pointering the florets into the trashcan, I took a bite of the pizza and tossed the mucked up order in after the broccoli." [-EDFW-]
