Sigel's Addison Is Keeping It Kosher Tonight

It's not a High Holy Day but Sigel's Addison is observing some specially "chosen" beverages.

At 5 p.m. this evening, the store is hosting a tasting of He'Brew Craft Beer from the Schmaltz Brewery. Selections include Bittersweet Lenny's Rye Double IPA, Hop Manna IPA, Genesis Dry Hopped Session Ale and Origin Pomegranite Imperial Amber Ale.

Along with that, Sigel's is also offering an Israeli wine tasting. Wayne Feldman of Royal Wine Company will conduct a tasting of various kosher wines, which will later be available for purchase at a discount.

What's probably most worth celebrating, however, is the presence of the K-Wheelz kosher food truck. Parked outside the storefront, Chef Lowell Michelson will debut new menu offerings Asian sea bass cakes, challah dogs, blackened chicken and more.

Sigel's requests an RSVP. The whole things ends at 8 p.m., which should be right around sundown.
