Dallas Is Only Hours Away From Snack Time

New, 1 comment

Today is the big day for Avner Samuel and Jon Stevens as Snack Global Kitchen & Bar makes its debut in the space formerly occupied by Horne & Dekker.

With just a couple hours to go before the doors open to the public and the street-inspired small plates (the menu is now live) begin making their way to tables, the temptation to ask how things are going was just too strong.

Co-owner and chef Stevens reports, "Opening day for any new restaurant is crazy but we are really excited to bring this new concept to the neighborhood." He then added, "We think it will be a welcome addition." The response is no surprise considering it seems like the man hasn't been captured or quoted without a smile on his face (or in his words) since rumors of Snack first leaked.

The restaurant will be open from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesdays through Sundays, and for brunch 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Readers hitting up Snack for its first service this evening should leave a comment with first impressions below.
