The big chocolate celebration is officially scheduled for September 29. Sander Wolf sent word that the DallasChocolate.org crew have acquired more than a dozen participants (locals include Chocolate Secrets, Dr. Sue's Chocolates, Collin College and others) for sampling, demos and classes, and more will be announced. The Chocolate Conference & Festival 2012 will take place at Addison Conference Centre, and tickets will soon be made available. [Eaterwire]
