Josh Black is now the head of the kitchen at The People's Last Stand, reports Steven Doyle. After a brief stint as execuchef at Campo, Black has moved into the micro-kitchen at the Mockingbird Station cocktail hub and is serving up plates like flatbreads with foraged greens, pork jowl ravioli and Amish chicken.
