Inspection Infraction

nammitruck150.jpg.jpgRudolph Bush reports that today Dallas City Hall's Quality of Life Committee will get an update on the city's egregious restaurant inspection failings. Back in March, it was revealed that only about 20% of area restaurants actually receive "mandatory" twice-yearly inspections. City Hall set forth a plan increasing sanitarians and hiring an outside contractor, and today, details on its efficacy will be disclosed. Updates forthcoming. [DMN]
