Meri Dahlke is a kind soul. She'd had Ten Bells Tavern in Bishop Arts open but a couple of days when someone started bugging her for a glimpse at how she was making it all happen.
And when most business owners would've been pulling hair out and rushing to finalize opening details in the rush up to last Wednesday's holidayus interruptus (which may very well have been happening), Dahlke graciously obliged by whipping out her camera and snapping a shot of what she was working on.
