Another day, another praise-worthy chicken-fried steak. This time, at Garden Cafe, Kim Pierce found a CFS so wonderful it both rivaled the late Bishop Grill's and paid homage to Guy Clark's Texas. Wow. Now that's some impressive "silky, bacon- cream pan gravy." [DMN]
