Dallas-founded Dickey's Barbecue announced this morning expansion throughout the Lone Star State. The fast food eatery was established in Dallas in 1941, and has since grown into the world's largest barbecue franchise. Among the nearly 100 stores slated to open in 2012, Dickey's plans 10 to 15 in Texas alone, including sites in Georgetown and Humble. [EaterWire]
