Richard Blankenship, formerly of Charlie Palmer at the Joule, will run the kitchen at Nick & Sam's Grill, the restaurant replacing Ristorante Nicola south of Northwest Highway at Preston Road. The restaurant, opening in October, is a partnership between Richard Gussoni (the owner of Nicola's) and Joseph Palladino, and will feature steaks, chops, and seafood. [Escape Hatch via SideDish]
