Over at A Hamburger Today, Chef Kenny Bowers (of the eponymous Kenny's Wood-Fired Grill, Kenny's Italian Kitchen, and Kenny's Burger Joint) offers a guide to his favorite burgers in the city. Chains In-N-Out, Houston's and Silver Fox Steakhouse all get nods, as does the Black N Bleu Burger at Shops at Legacy mainstay Jasper's and the Smoky Jack Burger at McKinney's Square Burger (where the burgers are, in fact, round).—Whitney Filloon [AHT]
