The newest branch of Plano-based NYLO Hotel opens its doors for the first time today at 1325 South Lamar Street. The trendy loft-inspired hotel, which also has outposts in Las Colinas and Providence, Rhode Island, features a lobby restaurant called the Terrace Bistro, with "responsibly sourced", seasonally inspired cuisine and a rooftop SODA Bar boasting an infinity pool, faux grass and a canopy-covered patio. The restaurant will hold a soft opening serving a limited menu beginning today at 1 p.m.. Check out the full lunch and dinner menus here.
