E Bar, a New Tex Mex Spot on Haskell, Opens Today

New from restaurateur Eddie Cervantes (Primo's) comes E Bar, a new Tex-Mex spot staking its claim at 1901 North Haskell Street. E Bar will serve a full menu of traditional grub including tacos of the carne asada, brisket and blackened tilapia varieties, plus breakfast items like burritos and huevos rancheros. Margaritas are made from scratch at the 25-foot mirror-backed bar that also offers a full selection of Mexican beers. But the best part about being on the outskirts of Uptown? No valet.

E Bar is open for business at 11am today, if you can handle a little construction noise; the patio is still a work in progress, but the kitchen is ready to rumble.
