UPTOWN— The North Texas Food Bank's young professional group will host a restaurant crawl on September 22 from 3-6pm. The event, called "Dine Around Uptown", will kick off at Private Social, then diners will be shuttled to Hotel Zaza's Dragonfly and other venues to be announced. Attendees can expect chef meet-and-greets, swag bags and raffles in addition to food and cocktails from sponsor Deep Eddy Vodka. Tickets are $75 each with proceeds benefitting the NTFB. [Eaterwire]
CITYWIDE— Blue Mesa is celebrating Hatch chile season with a special buffet dinner that will feature the fiery favorite in dishes from gazpacho to steak tacos, plus a pineapple-Hatch margarita.
