Mate deserves a nod for quietly transforming this beer-heavy bar into one of the best cocktail destinations in Dallas. He's always friendly and quick with recommendations, and incredibly knowledgeable about beer and spirits. He's the kind of guy that keeps you coming back to the bar. Plus, with an impressive mustache like that, you want him in your corner should a bare knuckle boxing match break out.
