Hello there! I would like to recognize Fernando Arrellano, a server at Craft Dalllas. I've worked with Fernando for 4 or 5 years now. He started as a food runner, then back waiter, then front waiter all the way to captain. He has worked very hard on improving his English, learning about food and the finer points of service. He's also handsome, wholesome, and charming. I am the pastry chef there, and will be leaving soon with the closing of the restaurant. Fernando will be staying on at the new concept, "Cook Hall", and I wish him all the best.
