With the closing of Craft Dallas looming on the horizon, Tom Colicchio says "No more Crafts." Apparently, "The deal went sideways." Looks like the failure of his D-town location hasn't hurt him much, though—he's preparing to open a new restaurant in the Hamptons. [Grub Street NY]
